1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the trip or excursion. Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website. Full payment must be received prior to the departure date of the trip.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by you must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the trip: Full refund, less any non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip: No refund unless otherwise stated.
• No-shows or late arrivals: No refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

3. Changes to Itineraries

We strive to operate all trips as advertised, but we reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. You are responsible for ensuring your insurance is adequate for the activities included in your trip.

5. Health and Safety

Some trips may involve physical activities (e.g., snorkeling, desert safaris) that require a reasonable level of fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and capable of participating. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

6. Liability

We act as agents for the providers of transport, accommodation, and activities. While we take every care to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hurghada, Egypt.
